Neck Ice/Heat pack

We all get bumps and bruises from time to time and need some heat or cold to soothe those wounds. Or maybe you just want a little warmth on a cool day or a little cold on a hot day.  This hot/cold pack can be kept in the freezer or in the linen closet to warm up when in need.  Made with soft cuddle flannel and measuring about 6 inches by 16 inches it is the perfect size for wrapping around a bum knee or placing on your back to release the tension from a stressful day.
 
Care instructions: Spot wash only, do not submerge in water.
